01 / Who we work with
Project fees, subscriptions or usage-based revenue. We start with your contracts, payment records and the way your company operates.
Invoices, milestones, retainers and amounts due from customers. Reporting categories agreed around your projects.
Contractor invoices, foreign-currency payments and Czech payroll within the agreed service scope.
Results, account balances, upcoming payments and questions that require a decision.
We distinguish direct customer billing from merchant-of-record arrangements and check the supporting agreements.
Provider balances reconciled to charges, refunds, fees and payouts to your bank.
Revenue and cash receipts shown separately. Subscription metrics added to your reporting pack when needed.
Cloud infrastructure, model usage and contractor costs grouped in the categories you need.
Subscription, usage-based or project revenue matched to contracts and billing records.
Monthly accounts with additional cost analysis or cash planning where included in your scope.
Starting out or already operating. Czech-owned or managed from abroad.
Our starting point is your Czech company.

A bank payment is present. The supporting invoice is still required.
Confirm the service period before finalising the allocation between months.
Confirm which project the contractor invoice belongs to for the agreed breakdown.
Illustrative report extracts, not a complete set of financial statements. Cash receipts and accounting revenue differ; the sample does not show a full cash-to-profit bridge.
04 / Fees
Agree the work and the monthly fee before we start. Expand the scope when the company needs more.
Indicative starting fees. One written proposal for your company, with inclusions and annual work set out upfront.
A simple Czech company preparing to trade, with ordinary setup costs.
For software and technology businesses with paying customers.
For owners and finance teams who need more than monthly accounts.
05 / Getting started
You do not need to prepare a full accounting archive to ask for a proposal. Start with the company and the work you need covered.
Tell us about your activity, records and current provider. We prepare the scope and monthly fee in writing.
Sign the agreement, complete onboarding and transfer the records. We confirm the first accounting period and who handles earlier work.
Agree when records are due, when questions are resolved and when reports are delivered. Each open question has an owner and a next step.
06 / Useful resources
A checklist, a report format and a simple cash-planning tool. No account required.
The records and responsibilities to agree when moving from one accounting provider to another.
The statements, reconciliation notes and open questions that make up a monthly accounting file.
Cash available, cash coming in and cash going out. The assumptions and formula stay visible.
07 / The way we work
ORNEVIO specialises in Czech accounting for software, SaaS and AI companies. We agree the work, the monthly fee and the way we will keep in touch before taking over your accounts.
The work, fee, reporting calendar and responsibilities are set out before we start. Additional work requires written approval.
A new company, your first employees or a different way of selling. We review the work with you and agree any change to the fee in advance.
Monthly accounts, reconciliations and filing confirmations belong in a usable accounting file. We agree the format and how you receive it during handover.
08 / Common questions
Yes. The starting scope is for a simple Czech company preparing to trade. We check the actual activity, expenses and obligations rather than assuming that no revenue means no accounting work. When you need more, we agree the next scope before changing the fee.
No. We agree a company-level fee for a defined business model and scope, including normal changes in document volume. Additional entities, new countries or materially different work require an agreed scope update.
We start with your existing records. During handover, we check the statements and exports available from your bank and payment providers. Provider names on this page describe record sources, not official partnerships or a promise of a live connection.
For a full year maintained by us, the proposed accounting scope includes the year-end close, financial statements, corporate income tax return and Collection of Deeds filing. Earlier periods and any historical corrections are agreed in writing during handover.
English monthly accounts are part of the operating-company proposal. A parent-company reporting pack, account mapping or coordination with a finance team can be added through a separate agreed scope. Foreign tax returns and group consolidation are not automatically included.
No. A written description of the company and the work you need is enough to begin. Any necessary follow-up questions can be handled by email.
09 / Your proposal
Tell us what you sell, how you take payments and when you would like us to start. We will outline the work and monthly fee by email.
Start with the basics.
No documents, account connections or introductory call required for an initial enquiry.
